Refund Policy – 1988GSPL

Thank you for shopping with 1988GSPL, your trusted source for CCTV cameras and security equipment. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.


Returns

You have 10 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging (including accessories, manuals, cables, and any included software).
  • It must also be in the original packaging.
  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@1988gspl.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions and the address for where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

Some types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering
  • Custom-configured surveillance systems
  • Software licenses or digital downloads
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or is not functioning properly, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund after verifying the issue.

You may be asked to:

  • Provide a photo or video of the defect
  • Return the item for inspection

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business/working days.


Shipping Costs
  • If the return is due to our error (you received a defective or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to other reasons (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@1988gspl.com.
