Return Policy – 1988GSPL
At 1988GSPL, we strive to provide high-quality CCTV cameras and surveillance equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return your item under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 10 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and installation tools.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Products that have been used, installed, or altered
- Opened software packages or digital license keys
- Custom or special-order systems
- Clearance or final sale items
- Products returned without prior approval
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team at support@1988gspl.com or call 7845076761 / 9363920121 with your order number and reason for return.
- If your return is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) / Serial number and instructions.
- Carefully pack the item to prevent damage during return shipping.
- Ship the item to the address we provide.
⚠️ Important: Returns without an RMA / Serial number will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping.
- For all other returns (e.g., customer changed mind), you are responsible for shipping costs.
Return Processing Time
Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for inspection and confirmation.
